Founder & Attorney at Law
For more than 20 years, attorney Kirsten Knight has been serving clients across Montgomery, Warren, Greene, and Preble Counties. She began her legal career as a prosecutor, where she gained extensive courtroom experience handling serious felony cases. That background gave her valuable insight into how cases are built and tried—knowledge she now uses to defend and advocate for her clients with skill and confidence.
Today, Kirsten focuses her private practice on family law, probate, criminal defense, and dangerous dog cases. Whether she’s guiding a family through a custody dispute, helping with estate administration, or defending someone facing criminal charges, her priority is always the same: protecting her clients’ rights and working toward a fair resolution.
Unlike larger firms where clients are often handed off to junior associates, Kirsten runs a solo practice. That means when you hire her, you work directly with her. As a solo practitioner, clients can count on direct communication and representation from Kirsten herself.
Clients consistently describe Kirsten as:
Responsive: Calls and questions are answered promptly.
Compassionate: She understands clients often come to her on their worst day.
Direct: She gives honest, straightforward advice—never sugarcoating the truth.
Dedicated: She works efficiently to help resolve cases while keeping clients fully informed.
Kirsten believes that every client deserves experience, strong advocacy, and respect. She knows that legal situations often come with stress, fear, and uncertainty, and she makes it her mission to provide clarity, confidence, and strong advocacy. Her practice continues to grow through referrals and returning clients, reflecting the trust she has built in the community over the years.
